general
- i have the right to refuse your order when i feel im unable to do it
- i can post my artwork for portfolio/media
process & revisions
- ill share a sketch/WIP for approval before finishing!
- revisions are unlimited for sketch stage
- major revisions after the lineart/color stage may have an extra fee
delivery
turnaround is usually 3-15 days (depends on complexity & my schedule it can be reduced or expanded)
usage
- please credit my artwork when using/posting it
- for commercial/monetized use requires an extra fee
- do not resell, claim as your own, or use for AI/NFTs
payment
- payments are processed through VGEN (paypal)
- i can share a sketch before the payment begins
- full payment must be made before i start working on the final piece
refunds
- no refunds after the final piece is delivered
- if i cant complete the commission, i will inform and process a refund
- if i started but not finished, a partial refund may be possible depending on progress
- full refunds are only possible if i havent started
